Description:
Truly understanding cash flow involves looking at changes in balances for mortgage and escrows, and summing activity in various P&L accounts. This can be tedious when it has to be done for any properties individually. The RentViewer Net Cash Flow by Property Group module automates these calculations. Each month, for each property, the following are calculated and summed to display the resulting net cash flow:
