2. You can provide system access via API or scheduled reports.
3. You agree to the Free Trial Agreement (protects both parties).

How long does setup take?
Most trials are live within a two business days once we have access to your data.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes. We’ll send you a short Free Trial Agreement. It protects your data and sets expectations for both sides.
Can dashboards be customized?
Custom dashboards are available in paid plans. The trial includes the Interactive P&L and Financial Snapshot.
What if I use both cash and accrual accounting?
To keep the free trial simple, please select the basis that most of your properties are on. We’ll set up the dashboards to display those properties.
What if I have multiple property management systems?
We’ll start with one system in the trial. Multi-system support is included in paid plans.
Do I have to give you API access?
API access is the preferred option for Entrata, Rent Manager, AppFolio. The alternative is using scheduled exports. For Yardi Voyager, we will use scheduled exports for the free trial.
Do I have to meet with you to get the dashboards set up?
Meetings aren’t necessary, but we do need to communicate while we are setting up your dashboards. A meeting before going live with the dashboard is a good idea. We will finalize user access, data accuracy and provide orientation.
