The Net Cash Flow Dashboard will save you hours of time each month manually compiling one of the most critical indicators of performance. It shows Net Cash Flow after adding and subtracting inputs such as income, expenses, escrow, mortgage payments and investor distributions

Depending on how your chart of accounts is set up, there can be as many as 10 components for calculating the Net Cash Flow. The metric has to be calculated by summing activity in some P&L accounts and also looking at the change in some Balance Sheet accounts. And if you have dozens or more properties, can imaging how much work it can be each month to report this metric to your executives and investors.

With the pre-built dashboard, you can select any property from the filter list, and see Net Cash Flow and all its components for the selected property.
